Your complete application package may be submitted by email to information@nbse.ca or in person at one of the Plan360 offices.
Every project is unique. When all required information is received, staff will review the package to confirm compliance to the National Building Code, Zoning By-laws, and other applicable regulations. You will be contacted if additional information is required. When everything is in order, your permit will be issued. Make sure you have your permit before you begin your project. The building permit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Once the building permit has been issued, it is the responsibility of the permit holder to inform the Building Inspector when they are ready for the required inspections. Inspections can be arranged by calling 506-533-3656 or emailing inspections@nbse.ca
