Use for the construction of garages and buildings exceeding 55 m² (592 ft²) located on the same lot as the main building to which it is accessory.

Use for the construction of attached decks, detached decks, pool enclosures and fences.

Creating a Secondary Suite within a Single Family Dwelling

Use when creating a single, self-contained suite typically used as an in-law or granny suite.

Creating an Apartment within a Single Family Dwelling

Use when creating a single, self-contained apartment typically for rental purposes.

Converting a Residential Dwelling to a Commercial Building

Use when changing the use of a building from a residential home to a commercial building.

Use for major occupancies classified as assembly, care or detention, and high hazard industrial occupancies.
