Applications

The PRAC makes decisions on adjustment applications, and recommendations on rezonings and by-law amendments. The meetings generally occur on the 4th Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise specified, from November to April, and twice per month from May to October. The cut-off for each agenda is three weeks prior to the meeting.  Before a file is put on the agenda, the full application must have been received. Staff will write a report and present the application to the committee, with a recommendation on the proposal. A notice to surrounding property owners may be sent for the application, and members of the community are welcome to share their questions or concerns in writing and in person at the meeting. The final decision rests with the Committee.
