Public Hearing for an amendment to the Cap-Pelé Rural Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE 

(Under section 111(1)b)ii) of the Community Planning Act)

The municipal council of Cap-Pelé intends to adopt a by-law amending municipal by-law No. A-005, being the Rural Plan for the Village of Cap-Pelé, adopted under the Community Planning Act. The proposed amendment is as follows:

a) repeal section 14.1 related to the LI (Light Industrial) zone and replace it with new permitted uses identified in section 14.1.

Interested parties may consult the proposed by-law at the Municipal Secretary/Clerk's office at the Cap-Pelé municipal building from 8:30-4:30 during the week.

Objections and/or comments related to the proposed by-law will be examined at a public hearing that will take place in council chambers on March 12, 2018, at 7pm. Anyone wishing to defend their written comments or oppose the project may do so at the scheduled time.
