Public hearing for a rezoning at 2559 chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé

PUBLIC NOTICE 

(Under section 111(1) b) ii) of the Community Planning Act)

The municipal council of Cap-Pelé intends to adopt a motion to modify its municipal by-law No. A-005, the by-law adopting the rural plan of the village of Cap-Pelé, established under the Community Planning Act. The proposed changes are as follow:

The zoning is to modify the property with the PID 00844589 at 2559 Acadie Road in Cap-Pelé from single family residential area to general trade area to develop a take-out restaurant.

Interested parties may consult this by-law draft at the Town Clerk office at the municipal building in Cap-Pelé, from 8:30am to 4:30pm during business days.

Written objections and/or comments to the by-law draft will be considered at a public hearing to be held in Council Chambers in Cap-Pelé, NB, on July 9th, 2018, at 7pm. Anyone who wishes to defend or oppose to the written objections may do so such time and place.
