Public hearing for the following rezoning request:

It has been proposed to rezone the property highlighted in Schedule B (see attached), located on Laforest Street in Shediac from Medium Density Residential (R2) to High Density Residential (R3) to construct 5 multi-unit buildings totaling 52 units.
