Subject to Section 52 of the Community Planning Act, the Minister of Local Government and Local Governance Reform is considering the adoption of the Westmorland-Albert Rural Plan, which will apply to the Local Service Districts of Moncton, Salisbury, Elgin, Elgin Centre, Alma, Harvey, Hopewell, HIllsborough, and Coverdale.
